iPhone news, rumors and leaks are popping up every day now. The hype is up and everyone is paying close attention to what Apple is going to show off with their new iPhone lineup.
A photo leaked that allegedly shows off 3 dummy units that have been placed in mass production. Apparently the iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus and the iPhone 8 (or whatever it may end up being called) is shown on these images.
If we take this for sure, it means that Apple will release the usual #S lineup along with a newcomer – the 10th Anniversary iPhone (which we call iPhone 8 for now). This will also mean that all 3 devices will be unveiled at the same time, however it may mean that the price of the iPhone 8 will be significantly higher and will only be available in limited numbers upon release.
The iPhone 7S and 7S Plus should be available in stock during the release time, while the 8 may suffer from being available only in limited quantities.
The image you can see above is allegedly showing off the final design of the new devices. You can tell that there are 3 devices all being shown as: iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus and iPhone 8.
The iPhone 7S and 7S Plus should keep their predecessor’s overall design with their metal back, while the iPhone 8 will have a glass back with wireless charging capabilities. (Apple’s first time of using such thing) An Apple wireless charging pad will most likely not be bundled with the handset, so expect to see some Apple pricing for it when it becomes available.
The vertically aligned dual rear cameras are yet again, confirmed. As you can see, none of the new iPhones have any fingerprint sensors on the back, so that should also be noted.
It is likely that the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus will stick with a similar front and back design while the iPhone 8 will be an all-new device from Apple. The fingerprint sensor may also be ditched from the iPhone 8 as it caused apparently a lot of headaches for Apple to find a placement for it. It might come with only Iris sensors that will work in all lighting conditions.
